Does anyone know if I have a problem with a vape product do I contact the seller or the company that makes it?

IMO, Yes, contact both.


Consider most products (disposables in particular) would need to have been DOA to qualify for "support/Rma".

I'm assuming you are in the US. Most products are made in China now, good luck with that. Hopefully your retailer is in USA, and has a return policy.

For me I contact the vendor if it’s within 30 days after that I contact the manufacturer. I’ve had mostly good luck with the Chinese shops. You just have to usually submit a video showing how it’s not working properly. Patience and persistence has always helped me as well.

Depends where you are - if it's the UK, go to the seller first if you consider it "not fit for purpose."
