Limitless oxidation

so I let my limitless tube sit for a few months and now I have a ton of really stubborn white spots that brasso won’t cut through. It’s a gold plated brass mod and I just can’t get it to shine. I could really use some advice here guys.

If it was gold plated, it ain't much any more. Brasso is a mild abrasive detergent and suited for copper and brass, but not gold. Especially not gold plate. Further, as gold does not typically oxidize or tarnish, what you likely saw was problems with a clear coat... that or it's a clone with gold coloring...

Go to a jeweler and get a gold specific polishing cloth.

The clear coat thing makes sense cause I rubbed all the gold off the contact and it seems like I’m getting more spots the more I polish. But its got a serial number that checks out so I know it’s not cloned. Thanks man.
