I've been reading a lot of people complaining about getting the liquid in the mouth when taking a hit. Is this real common? What do you do when that happens? Will it hurt you? And how do you stop it from happening?

This usually happens when you have over topped up the cartridge and liquid overflows into mouthpiece, so when you take an inhale lovely taste of liquid and numb lips ha-ha! It something everyone will experience at least once I think and after you done it a few times soon get hang of refilling cartridges more carefully! Other than that all you can do is rinse your mouth with some water? As you only get a little bit of juice don`t think will do much harm? It not as though you drinking the stuff (definitely not recommended ha-ha!)
I just made a post referring to that and well, yeah, if you over fill the cart that can happen but if you don't overfill the cart and take a big drag it can happen as well. And it isn't just a 'newbie' mistake from what I've read but whenever it happens that is the charge ;-) even for some that have been vaping for months. I haven't experienced it on my Dura C. If it happens to you, just don't mention and you'll be fine.
In my experience it can be a result of either overfilling the cart or taking very hard drags. I've gotten way too many mouthfulls of liquid in my short vaping experience (damn, its nasty). But as I have learned the right amount of wetness for the carts and to drag slow and easy, I haven't sucked any juice in a while, and I plan on keeping it that way.
I used to experience it often with my 4081 in botched top off attempts.

yeah, it happens.. you won't die or anything it is just nasty and numbs everything for a second... I also got some on my eyelid.. I don't even know how and that HURTTTT like crazy!
When refilling, I take a napkin and wipe off the condensation from the outside of the cart. That is another culprit to getting juice in the mouth.
Thanks for the info guys. I'm still waiting for mine to get here. I think they call it a 510, and I opted for the manual button. Just trying to figure out what not to do. Didn't know if getting it in your mouth would make ya sick or not. I remember being a kid, and I had some skoal and I swallowed some of it and got sooo sick. lol. Didn't know if the liquid did that too.
