It's not that big of a deal if you get a bit of juice in your mouth. With that being said, I wouldn't recommend drinking a 30ml bottle of juice ;)
Your wicks probably got flooded due to overfilling your clearo tank, then when you were inhaling it probably just seeped through the mouthpiece. Make sure that your silicone is seated on your wick properly, or remove the mouthpiece and run it under some water. After some usage the residual vapor can re-condense...that could have caused it too. Nothing to be alarmed about.

Every clearo I have (half-dozen brands) operates better and without fluid getting in my mouth by holding it at a 45 degree angle to vape.. pointing straight to mouth. Holding it lower eventually floods the atty, for some reason, along with getting junk in my mouth. Frankly, I think its vapor-flavored spit that's run back out of my mouth and accumulated in the air tube and not juice coming from the atty.

Actually, unless you have an Air leak in the tank(causes flooding) Most of what you may get in your mouth is Condensation with a bit of flavoring that collects in the tube as you vape.

Simple tip - If you get gurgling or a tighter draw, liquid is building in the tube. Remove from Battery device and blow out from connector end into a napkin. wipe tip and re-attach to battery device. :)
