Liquid or Cart

Whats the difference between carts and the liquid stuff? Do you use them together? One or the other? Are they basically the same time in a different form?

You can use the liquid to refill your carts. It's a lot cheaper that way.

Carts are cartridges that go on your ecig battery to vaporize the liquid in them to produce the vapor you inhale. The juice or liquid is the liquid you use to refill the carts when they're empty. The liquid comes in nicotine levels and taste to your liking or whatever flavor you order.
