I'm looking forward to what your twist on this will be The problem with the banana cream pie juices I have tried is that they are mostly strong banana with hints of the other notes in the pie. A real banana cream pie IMHO should be a complex flavor made up from all the different notes/elements without the banana being too strong or the main player YMMV.
