I was terribly confused when I began researching my first e-cigarette purchase. Thank goodness of ECF! I discovered LiteCigUSA here and after a brief conversation with with the wise Shawn (owner of LiteCigUSA) I followed his recommendation and purchased the joyetech eGo starter kit. I received it in 3 days, everything worked perfectly and my life was changed forever (in a good way).
A week later, I contacted Shawn to find out if there was a way to get more use from my eGo with less frequent dripping in the cartridge. He recommended the MEGA blank cartridge and MEGA atomizer which I also got in 3 days and again...worked perfectly!
Unfortunately, the week after that, I blew out my plug-in charger with an errant static electricity zap. Shawn immediately replaced (at no charge) the blown unit.
I'm sure all you folks out there know just how rare a good, honest, quality service-oriented business is to find. I recommend doing business with LiteCigUSA, not just because of the great and fast service I received, but because people who do business with integrity should be encouraged as there are so many out there (especially in this industry) who rip you off without a second thought.
