Been ordering from LiteCig since Jan. 09. It's been my 'go to' site since then. The most appealing thing for me is that they don't charge an arm and leg for gear or liquid. In fact, they have some of the best domestic prices I've seen. The prices are almost on par with the overseas prices, yet I don't have to wait 2 weeks to get it. Shipping is very fast, usually shipped out the same day.
Customer service? I don't know. I've never had to use it. I always get what I ordered, fast. To me, that means a lot. Never problems with flavor or gear.
The only nit pick I have is that they sometimes run out of 30ml bottles of USA mix, and I cringe when I have to find somewhere else to order from.
I don't really do supplier reviews, the only other one I did was a bit negative, but I felt compelled to write something for these guys. Take it for what it's worth.
