Lithium Ion Coin rechargeable Mod?

Has anyone tried using a lithium ion coin as your power source? I wonder if it would work...

I am an extreme newbie to modding but wouldn't that be COOL!

My first thought is there is not going to be nearly enough MaH for it to last long enough unless you stack them in like a roll of quarters which will cost prohibitive.
