So I went to my Vape shop last night to pick up some juice that they gave to me that I liked plus needed glass for a tank that hubby accidentally broke and coils. So I told my buddy the flavor I wanted OK, then he also gives me this little bottle I was like what is this? He said your nicotine you have to mix it your self now I am down to 3mg hardly anything in the bottle. I was like Wow FDA is clamping down even more now I am a faithful customer he can put extra VG in my juice but not the nicotine. I have no issues doing this but what a waste of a bottle. So now I guess we will be filling our landfills with more stuff. Can't recycle the bottle wrong number on the bottom. So yes government let's put more stuff in our landfills! Just saying........

If it were me instead of throwing that little bottle away I would just keep it and take it in for a refill when I needed to buy more e-liquid. I am concerned about all the disposables that WILL be thrown everywhere except in the trash or recycle bin once the FDA gets their way. And folks thought cigarette butts were bad

I might just do that I still have it but i bet there will be a regulation on that the bottle is plastic and I broke the plastic seal we will have to see I guess.

Wait until the millions of empty prefilled pods start lining the highways.

yep, I hate to even think about it but it will happen. In all my years of smoking I never tossed a ..... If there wasn't a receptacle for them I would pocket or purse them and toss them in the trash first chance I got. Sadly it seems lots of smokers couldn't care less where they tossed them. I have seen folks throw them on the ground instead of walking a couple of steps to put them in the proper place.

And in California because they have such problems with wild fires if a cop sees you you tossing a cig .... you will for sure pay a steep fine and could be facing jail time. It's their law. It happened to a friend of mine.

Understandable given the risk. Remember Smokey the Bear commercials back in the day?

that is only a temporary solution your vape shop thinks will work ... they will not be able to do this for very long.

Like already posted, cut out the middleman and DIY.
I vape better tasting, better quality juice than anything available for sale, for less than $0.03 per ml.
If you can mix a drink, you can mix juice.

Yeah! I used to argue that the butts were valuable organic matter and even the filters helped retain moisture. No so those little pods.

Remember, this has been a very dry year in NW New Mexico. Every little bit helps.

This is what I had expected the FDA to do, regulate the actual nicotine only., instead of restricting every product on the market.
Wouldn't this have made sense to all of us?

Another Rhode Islander! Haven't seen many on the forum. Middletown native myself.

Also really not liking the fact that all of this is going to cause more e-cigarette waste products if that does end up becoming the case. There's enough trash in this world.
