You ever put in a price request on Alibaba? I don't use Skype, but occasionally get emails from manufacturers on Alibaba about new products.

No I haven't before. I tend to stay away from Chinese products after a few bad encounters. except for ECF and a few other communities I'm a part of I keep my skype locked down so I'm not sure how they found it. Weird...

the number of emails etc. I get about vaping is becoming worse than telemarketers .... some companies I requested to be taken off the mailing list up to 6 times now, and nothing happens. So then I have to write the webmaster, as well as the vape store owner, personally to simply ask that my request be honored.

But freaked? It's not a big deal is it, you're just being "marketed to".....annoying but not freakish

is it ok to deal with alibaba? i have heard so much bad news about it....... fraud and everything

i asked for empty bottles with spécifications and i got harrassed the next day by like 6 vendors..... now im just affraid they might just want to fraud me.

If your skype ID is the same as your ecf nickname, they could just lurk in here and cherry pick us. Possibly, your asian video game avatar led them to believe you'd be a good target?

I've seen other posts here in the past about members being contacted directly from Chinese Vendors via Skype.

Yeah, I would also doubt that is actually her in the photo.

I bet that if SingerVapor was to run her photo through either Google image search or TinEye you would find that it is a stock photo widely used.
