Definitely appreciated the samples at Strictlyejuice. I got my samples the NEXT business day after ordering! Ordered Saturday, and the order was in my mailbox on Monday...can't beat that. Second order was also very quick. Very. Very good fruit flavors and Cohiba is an excellent tobacco flavor.

Wasn't ,my experience with them. I live like 5 miles from their office and it took them 3 buisiness days to get to me. They refused to return my e-mail reguarding picking them up in person. Very poor customer service. I think you might have gotten lucky.

I imagine that many sellers operate out of their home, or a "Suite Office" and don't do Brick and Mortar sales, e-mail reply would have been nice though. A while back I did an experiment with the USPS. I placed an outgoing letter in my mailbox addressed to the the inlaws and the postman (knows all of us) just moved it across. Next time I asked him to "process" it normally. 3 days later it came in, after going to the sorting center, returned to local post office, and delivered. I get East/West fast, North/South a little slower, Next-Door in 3 days

In this case, they didn't even ship until two business days, I got it in one business day after it was sent out. The slow down was on their end, not the post office.
