Well actually its the V1.5 (no removable drop tip) but its labeled Mini Pro tank-II on the box. I don't really care if the drip tip is removable or not on this design and for $14, its a minor complaint. I don't like that it appears Kanger is shipping these with 2.5ohm coils by default. I checked the same packaging online and nearly every source i could find said 2x2.5ohm coils.
If a supplier wants a different coil/s it can be ordered that way if you order enough according to Kangers website.
Seems a bit strange to me that a Mini Pro Tank (which is likely intended for a smaller PV) would be shipping mostly 2.5ohm coils instead of 2.0 or 2.2 like many of the original Mini PTs ive seen online. Its no biggie though, ive got a MVP that works fine with 2.5ohm coils. I even run some 2.4s around 3.8v and it vapes good enough for me.
Anyway i could not pass up the deal. Even fastech is $14.81 with shipping. Ive seen it cheaper online but i didn't bother to look up shipping costs. I knew that price at a local B&M for a genuine Kanger is a very good price. The same place wanted $22 for the KPT-II in retail box without the beauty ring or extra seals.
Looks like im going to see what all the fuss is about AGAIN.
I thought vaping was supposed to save me money. I guess it still has, im still well under $200 spent and i would have easily spent that on analogs by now. Wish me luck.
