Took a trip to the local true value the other day to pick up some paint supplies and as I walked through the store everything I looked at started to turn into an E-CIG.

Seriously: I pulled calipers out of my pocket and started measuring the diameter of every cylindrical item in the building. Curtain rods, lumber roller stands you name it I was measuring it. Even at the counter I was measuring all the flashlights. The clerk just looked at me really strange.

Guess I have the modders bug.

Yep just checked .340"or 11/32" or 8.68mm ID .3635" or 23/64" or 9.24mm OD, hope that helps

Thanks, yes that helps. My modding has gone full borosilicate. Not the atomizer coil but instead the entire housing. So measurements are no longer problematic when trying to dertermine what size porcelain wire nut will fit inside someone else's design constraint :) . But I am going to try to make it as small as possible. Also going to make the battery housing spring loaded so that it fits any size battery(ies). I am attempting to take away all constraints.
