Anyone know of an e-cig vendor in NYC or Long Island that allows walk-in purchases? Either storefront or internet supplier/warehouse, all good.
For example, for one of my other hobbies, there's a local manufacturer who sells on-line and wholesale to brick and mortar stores. But they have no problem with someone walking into their front office area and picking up something cash.
