Local Radio Station stopped the store for Octoberfest and wanted to setup a vaping lounge

I thought this was kind of cool after the headaches I have been going through with google and facebook as a new startup with advertising. Andria stopped by and wanted to setup a vaping lounge for their event, beer concerts and it is even at the park I take the pooch to in the morning.
It made me break out the books and see what I could do, but the logistics seem to cost to much on my end at least. 20 or 30 starter kits, new tips for each person and the liquid.
But at least this is a step in the right direction.
Take care,
Steve

I probably need not say it, but the potential here is pretty huge (especially if you get frequent "sponsored by..." promotions on the radio). As a retailer, I don't know if I could pass that up. Is it just some kind of free-for-all set up? ...or would you be onsite to keep tanks filled and answer questions?

You know, sometimes, the first step in the right direction needs to be taken by you. If you want the community to accept you (and us), sponsoring community events couldn't be a bad thing. Just sayin' ...

I have to agree with Biker, not only is that a potential for a lot of exposure for your new business and the potential to gain a lot of customers in one fell swoop. It is also a huge step toward bringing a positive light and education about vaping within your community. If your books can handle it you should go for it. Good Luck with whatever you decide.

Disposable tips seem to be the solution to the biggest expense. You certainly don't need 30 kits. The vape lounge can be for people with their own mods and a vape bar with ecigs attached to the bar with cheap clearo heads for people to try would work for newbies wanting to try flavors. Your hardware and juice vendors would most likely chip in product for free for the exposure alone at that kind of event.
