I want to buy my first E-Cig

That sounds nice but i like something which doesnt have the atomizer as extra but build in. More easy to handle and things to worry about. Since atomizer seems to last only 200-500 puffs its a matter of time before they die.

Also doesnt the starter kit come with 4-5 cartri?

3 months is good to go, but how many times can you fill this things before they completely die? 3 weeks per cartr?

Sorry Nibb, I don't quite see your point on atomisers. Most e-cigs have separate atomisers - that means that when they break they are easy to replace. If they are "built-in" you would be looking at changing the whole unit,which would cost more. "Extra" atomisers as spares are always a good idea imho.

Yes but its not funny to wait 2 weeks to be shipped via plane from the US if one dies.

In my case its easier just to stick with the carts that come build with it, even when they are move cheaper on the long run I can order in bulk and save per shipment instead of ordering individual atomizers.

The 2 parts e-cig is just easier to handle.

I have read some comments that would lead me to believe the VaporKing from http://store.vapor4life.com/ is a top choice for a 'cartomizer' type ecig but I don't have personal experience with that variety to make any comments based on. Just offering where I would start looking if I were interested in a 'cartomizer' type e-cig.

Are you still happy with the eCigUSA? I have purchased a couple brands. I am trying to find the best one out there on the market. I am looking for that "hit" at the back of the throat that a real cigarette gives you.

I am hearing a lot of mention about the EVO. It seems to get good reviews. I may try that one out next.

I love the idea of the ecig and think it will save lots of lives. Technology sure is awesome isn't it?
