I'd just like to start a thread that lists stores/malls that sell e-cigs/supplies over the counter for anyone who is having an emergency.

I'll start by adding Puffs, a tobacco store on Main St. of Easton PA. They carry a disposable (don't know what kind) for $10. They also carry the Cig2O, 1 battery, usb charger and a carto for $14. 3 packs of prefilled cartos are about $4.

GreenTree tobacco in Sewell, NJ (on Egg Harbor Rd.) sold pen-style devices at one point, perhaps I'll stop in there to see how he's getting on.... I'll update later this week to confirm.
