locking tank with special carto with 20 holes

My boss gave me her extra tank when I dropped my ecig and broke my new IB Tanked tank. It's a locking tank, the drip tip can't be changed, it's the one thats kind of on a ball that rotates, and the carto has 20 holes and a plastic cap in the center that isn't meant to be removed. She can't remember what it's called, does anyone know what this is?

sorta sounds like a Iclear30S...but mine has rotating metal tip

How does the replaceable atomizer head work?

Mine work great...I rinse and vodka soak them after each tank and my original 2 heads are running strong after almost 200 tanks of clear non sweet strong DIY peppermint. What looks like a 20 holed carto is the head unit. Easy to change but not rebuildable.
