LOGIN Issues

I've been a madvapes customer for over a year and buy from them almost exclusively. I can't login at the new site. I tried to get my password sent to my email (just in case) and it has not come either.
IS everybody else having issues right now? I need supplies bad. Thanks!

I had the same problem and sent them a ticket. They reset my password so I could login and that worked, still haven't fixed my points yet though but I was able to login and put items in cart but site froze up and spit out an error message when I tried to checkout.

Unfortunately 3dcart encrypted the passwords when saved so we were unable to bring those over , sorry for the trouble.. If you give us a call at (704) 624-8551 or open a ticket, we'll get your password reset asap..

I got an error on check out that says "Gateway error: This transaction has been declined."

Money's in the bank so not sure what's happening there. I tried it 3 times so hopefully it's not gonna charge me 3 times. I guess I'll try again later.

Hoog if you export via csv in 3dcart you can transfer the passwords. Just a FYI. IDK if thats easier than tickets or not. For that matter IDK if you even still have the database. Anyway new site looks good


EDIT: IDK its fairly easy to use the forgot password link to reset on the new site and get into the account. Probably easier than you cross referencing thousands of accounts lol

I had to change my password manually. Just do it yourself and save them a ticket.
