I have a Satin Finish Provari and it is Over a Year Old. The Logo looks about the same as the day I got it.
What type of Finish do you have on yours?
Hummm... Maybe the Laser Etching on yours wasn't as deep as on mine.
You might send ProVape and e-Mail and tell them what s going on. They are pretty good when it comes to customer service issues.
My logo appears to be lazier etched and I've had zero issues. I'm sure Provape will have ideas regarding your issue.
The photo is a little Blurred but it does look like the Laser Etching wasn't very Deep and has worn off.
I would contact Provape and send them a slightly better picture. I wouldn't be surpised if the Replaced your tube for you.
Let us know what they say.
Like I said, Mine is about like it was New after a year. A Tad lighter but not much.

mine never looked that good from the start
Sounds like the Etch just wasn't done deep enough.

i just got a email from them (Yes, the logo fading is normal on the silver ProVari. When we laser etch the logo onto the side of the tube, there is a carbon buildup that is left behind from the burning process. Unfortunately, as the logo gets rubbed and handled with time, the carbon buildup is rubbed off.) but only afer 3 months?
3 Months seem a litle short.
A Question. Do you hold your Provari a lot?

mine has done the same; bought it first of may and the logo has been gone since start of june,figured it was normal for the satin finish as the ones i see with nice logo's are usually the black finishes.
