Davids Customer service is quite awesome over at Provape, if that Logo thing bothers you just send it into him and I' sure he can fix that for you, its under warranty as well, and even if it wasn't he would probably hook you up.
I would send it back.. ProVape just had a sale on V2 units for $140 with this same exact issue or a "blemish" in the satin finish.
If I spent that much on a unit, yes I think something as petty as the logo being faded after a month or two would drive me up the wall.

Yes, the logo fading is normal on the silver ProVari. When we laser etch the logo onto the side of the tube, there is a carbon buildup that is left behind from the burning process. Unfortunately, as the logo gets rubbed and handled with time, the carbon buildup is rubbed off.
I have a satin silver ProVari that is 1 1/2 years old and the logo, while still being there, is very faint since all of the carbon has been worn away.
