Okay guys , I've been reading as much as I can and I hope I got this right.

My group of friends and I enjoy getting a hooka pipe for us when we are out and sometimes even lounging playing Catan or other board games / video games. None of us are current smokers aside from myself who enjoys cigars.

My friends just had a child and I have my niece and nephew so we want to get away from smoke as much as possible ( i no longer smoke cigars inside and have cut back alot).

I was looking at liberty-flights and the joye ego - T 650Mah starter kit.

I was wondering if anyone knew the size diffrence between the 650MAH vs the 900MAH . Not how long the charge lasts but the physical size.

I also just want to double check that there isn't something else in the $40-$60 range that is better than the JOYE EGO .

The 900MAH is 55
The 650MAH is 52

I'm guessing they are a good value .

I love Settlers of Catan. Just the plain version (not with the boats or anything extra). We bought a second set and repainted the pieces and with the web rules for more player/bigger layouts we can play with up to 8. With lots of players you get to build clockwise on each person's turn.

We never recommend that anyone who doesn't smoke start vaping. We are sure it is safer than smoking just based on the ingredients vs the 4000 ingredients in cigs (now including carpet glue). It's probably not safer than air. And it's not good for people to pick up a sucking and dragging habit. So it's good for a cigar smoker, not recommended for non-smokers.

...2.5-3 hrs usage...most anything from Liberty Flights is a good deal...personally, I like their Riva510 Lite bundle for 30 bux...of course it comes with cartridges which are a PITA so you would need some cartomizers(cartridge and atomizer in one)...since these are considered disposable, I would goto Crystal Clear Vaping and pick up one of their 15 LR Boge2.0 deals for 20bux...juice is available from a kazillion vendors with Liberty Flights in the mid range of the pack.............

+1 for juicejunky. That's what I've read also. Moderate vaping 100 mAh = about an hour.

Rivas are great. I'd suggest looking into the Kgo also. It's higher voltage 3.7-4.2v (harder hit) and 1100 mAh battery. It lasts more than a day. There are several suppliers. They vape like a mod and cost less than a carton of cigarettes. I'd stick with an ECF supplier. Here are two that are legit, great service and ship fast. If you decide on a Riva, LF is a good supplier also. Good luck, you can't go wrong with either choice.

Hoosier E Cig Supply
BreezEsmokes

Edit: +1 for CrystalClearVaping for your cartomizers. Great prices and service.

Thank you for the information. We all smoke using the hooka and normaly at least once a week and various other things which i rather not get into. This would replace that which should be better for all of us and no second hand smoke problems

madjack and boodle thanks for the information. Looking at them it seems the Riva 510 only has 650mah as a kit option.

Madjack you recomended the lite bundle , but i see the carto deluxe package for $34.39 it comes with 5 Boge LR catos and 2 carto deluxe cones. That would be a better deal I believe than buying the standard kit and then buying the boge lr cartos

Boodle the GO 1100 is $47 at the second link you sent me to it seems to have some very nice batterys but does it has the 3 click off features of the Riva ?

I'm also assuming that since it comes with cartridges I would need to buy the Boge LR cartos also ?

The Riva 510 kits at Liberty-Flights.com used to be 750mah (pretty sure mine was). Riva 510 elsewhere may not be 3.7v so you might as well buy an Ego (not 3.7v either) or buy something that is 3.7v

The only Rivas that are 3.7 are the newest Eastmall brand kits. The SLB ones are not.

That's nice they added 3-click off the the black Riva SE kit batteries.

At LF - if you get the carto kit remember cartos are disposable and not good for testing juices. So if it doesn't come with an atomizer, buy a couple of atomizers and a drip tip.

If you get a non-carto Riva kit you can add Boge cartos and a Riva 901 cone if you want a cone to use over cartos (The Riva 901 is a less useful threading but its cone fits over standard cartos and fits on Riva 510). I don't use the cone but I did try the Riva 901 cone over Boge cartos.

...the carto delux is fine as well and comes with a nice case...I believe you will need to add a wall charger/adapter to use with the supplied USB cables or charge off of a computers USB port...keep in mind, cartos are considered disposables so you will buying more sooner or later...you will get 3--5 days out of a carto and they can be boiled out and reused...the 650-750mah batts will give you 6-8hrs of pretty continuous vaping time.............

I can get a week to 10 days out of a Boge carto but I am using the standard resistance 3 ohm ones. Note - LR 2.0 cartos will use the battery charge up faster. Less ohms = hotter vape = charge used faster.
'
I use thin juices - PG with 20% or less VG - and I avoid any juice that seems to drop a lot of flavoring sediment (will shorten the life of a carto)

...some people like the tanks BUT they do tend to mute the flavors and have some leakage problems...the simplest, most fool proof system you can get is a Boge carto...they have been around a long time and just plain work...all cartos from CCV are guaranteed...beside having the best prices on what they sell...................
madjack:2cool:
p.s. the Resurrector cartos from CCV hold as much as the tanks do and are an option as well...............mj

Boges..............1.2ml
tanks...............2ml
Resurrectors.....2ml

Thanks , I'm just thinking of the best way to mimic the hooka experiance.

How hard is it to refill a Resurrector ? Also how long do they last ?

filling...first fill, I do this with a syringe...I can load it to the supposed capacity of the carto, insert syringe and fill from the bottom up...the top of the carto should look like a, starting to melt slushy when filled..give a little blow on it to expel any excess and wipe the bottom and use...I like to keep mine about half full for best taste...with a little use, you can tell when you pass this point...I top them off by leaning the carto and dripping 3-6 drops down the inside and them turning to the opposite side and repeating until I get that slushy look...if you vape them until you get that bad burnt taste, you have probably burnt the filler and you will not get the burnt taste out...toss 'em...pretty quickly, you will be able to tell when it is time to top off the carto as the taste changes.......

the above is from a previous post of mine...the Resurrectors hold 2ml(about 40 drops)...I like to refill/top them up when they get down to around 75%(30 drops)used...that would PROBABLY be around 50 vapes(puffs) this is highly subjective and can vary greatly...I have never counted vapes so I have no actual idea...as I said above, pretty quick, you will learn to tell by taste when it is time to top up your carto...........
madjack:2cool:
p.s. from what I am reading of what you are saying, y'all are gonna be passing the PV around a group...if so, I would top it up before each round...kinda like loading that ol' hookah...I'll not comment on what I think of the sanitary aspects of what you are proposing...y'all are the best judge of that...I suppose you could get a bunch of drip tips and have each person use their own.........mj

...depending on what kinda money you want to spend, there are many other options than what we have been discussing...such as these tanks Vaporescence - eCigarettes, Accessories, US Made eLiquids ...the BFT would probably last ya the night...while they can be used on the eGo/Riva batts, they are usually used on a more expensive unit...the one in the pic is a Silver Bullet(maybe) which starts around 85-90bux, they do use a non-proprietary and larger batt(cheaper to replace)...this gets you into the realm of "mods" and is an entirely different discussion..........

Wow thanks for all the help guys.

I think I"m going with the Joye eGo 900MAH kit for $54 bucks . It is a tank kit , but i'm also going to buy that 15 pack ofcartomizers and play around and see what I like more. It seems like if i like the cartomizer i will buy the ones you linked above.

Liberty flights had a bunch of 5ml flavors for $2.40 so I bought a few that sound good to try

Total is $90 bucks with shipping which is pretty nice
