Hello everyone,

First off I would like to say what an amazing forum this is - I am truly astonished at the wealth of knowledge that has accumulated here.

Just wanted to say hello, 10 year+ PAD smoker here. Bought an eGo starter from HappyVaper last year, but only made a half-... attempt to quit analogues. Recently gave it another go - got some new juice, some new LR atties and a super-T drip tip - and am happy to report that although this is only day 3 analogue free, I'm loving my new setup (thanks to Jack & Rob @ HappyVaper for their excellent advice and customer service).

Couldn't have done it without the help of all of the members here, so a big thanks to all!:p

Congrats Doorknob! Keep up the good work. What PV are you using?

Thanks again everyone!

Started with a Bloog kit, nice setup but short battery life. After some recommendations here I got a Riva SE kit from Liberty Flights and couldn't be happier. Long battery life, works great with cartos (my preferred method). I still use my Bloog kit for taking to work, it just fits easier in my pockets.

The Riva & eGo are virtually identical, correct? I ordered some LR Cartos from HV but haven't gotten around to using them yet, I work at a desk job where dripping all day is no problem :)

Hang in there and stick around the forums! I think that's what really helped me stick with it.

These forums taught me everything I know about vaping outside of personal experience. Without them I'm sure I wouldn't have made a few trial/error mistakes, but so far my setup is fantastic! Like I said I've been an avid reader for about a year, but I think to really make the commitment it helps to become and an active member.

Congrats and you really are a part of the best damn forum ever!!

Agreed :)

Yeah getting good gear and juice and spending time here really is a major key.

Absolutely. When I first got my starter kit, i got some no-nic juice, thinking that it was simply the 'act' of smoking that I was addicted to. Kept chasing the throat hit and went back to analogues. Now I'm vaping some 18-24mg stuff and I find it much better than analogues all around.
