What's up guys!

I've lurked these forums for months and have found tons of info which has influenced my most recent purchases. Love this community and all of your insight!

Started with cheap gas station ecigs, then on to eGos, now to mods.

Current setup:

-SS Vamo
-AGA T+ running on 30 gauge nichrome wire and whatever mesh that came with it.
-VG based e liquids from a local shop

Im having trouble running the atomizer on the vamo atm, because nichrome wire has low resistance/in (a 6/5 wrap gives me around 1.1-1.3) but it seems to work on my 5v wow mod from clouds of vapor (though sometimes it makes a low humming sound with a freshly charged set of batteries - btw, is this safe?). I'm also not having any luck getting any capillary action on my wick (rolled solid). I get dry hits after one drag.

My question is: where can I get kanthal wires and ss mesh (preferably 500to keep up with vapinog at 10-11 W) for cheap since steam monkey is out of stock?

Rebuildables ... the mesh is 400, grade 316L

thanks but i was looking for #500 ss mesh. it seems like a lot of people are having wicking problems with the 400 in a AGA T+

I got my mesh from OKC vapes, Stainless Steel Mesh 325, 400 & 500. Fast shipping and nice flat, smooth mesh with no creases. I'v only ever used Kanthal wire and don't get any noises with my AGA-T. You might want to ask on this thread, Has anyone tried the AGA Tiamat PLUS w/Glass Tank, once you have five posts. Reply in this thread or greet other newcomers to get your five posts.
