long time vaper, first time poster :D

Hey everyone

Name's Sean, i'm from oklahoma. Been vaping about 3 years now, haven't had an analog since i've started.

Current setup is a Silver Bullet. Running a tank from mom and pop vapor shop, and mad hatter smooth juice.

I've weened myself down to 3 MG of nic, i buy 6 mg and 0 mg so i can lower it down. I plan to be down to 0 nic by the end of the year!

What did you start out with on nic level? I'm trying to cut down from 24 mg. Do you plan on continuing to vape 0 nic?

i started out on 24 as well. The biggest step was from 24 to 18, once i got comfortable there it was pretty easy to move down.

And yes, i'll vape at 0 nic for quite some time. I will probably phase it out with gum or hard candy at some point tho

Welcome to ECF. I am weening myself down as well. I started vaping in October at 24mg, and now I'm at 10-12mg. I was at 6, but the holidays proved to be a bit too stressful for that jump, so I re-upped myself for a bit, but my goal is to be at 0nic before end of year also.

Great to hear its working for you. I'm looking to go a similar route but have to be down to 0 nic by around this time next year. Stupid insurance. after I prove I'm nic free though I might bump back up to 6 mg or just keep doing 0 nic juices for awhile. Do you find yourself keeping higher mg around for stressful times or has the transition down been fairly smooth?

I started at 24 also. Down to 18, 15 and 12mg depending on what's in my Nova's. I figure if I'm not really sure what strength I'm vaping, my body won't know either.
