Another thing to point out here, PG replaced ethylene glycol in antifreeze due to it being safer if an unsuspecting pet happened to drink puddles from leaking cars. Ive had numerous friends, mostly smokers, point out the ever growing articles pointing fingers at vaping. I know I feel better, breathe better, and am saving money. I can understand the potential problems with vaping too much, and the dangers of spilled liquid and nicotine overdose thru ingestion for pets or children. What most articles fail to compare is the fact that a large percentage of vapers gave up already harmful cigarettes in favor of vaping. These people, including myself, were already addicted to the "highly addictive drug, nicotine". With cigarettes you really dont get a choice of stepping down your nicotine level either.

Does anyone know what the long term effects of inhaling Propylene glycol are?

There are none, that's why it's used in medicine so commonly. Anyone with asthma inhales PG very often, it's the base for most inhalers and nebulizers. If anything, PG by itself could be good for your lungs to an extent because of its mild bacteriostatic properties.

Than again, the FDA deems a lot of unsafe chemicals as safe and effective, in which some are not.

Yes this is very true. These are some of the sites that came up in the search:

Look it up and you will find more.

I hate people, I really do.

People that believe everything the media jams down their throats or whatever they read on the internet are not people. They're sheeple. And they'd line up and follow the media off a cliff if they were told they'd grow wings during their fall and fly to safety

And what about peanuts? Not a word about peanuts!! Peanuts are a proven killer, people can die from eating peanuts, but go to any supermarket, and you'll find shelves of peanut butter, peanut snacks,.... well, for those who are allergic to them the are hazardous.

I know exactly what is in every on of my juices, except for the Mystery Passion juice I have, forgot to jot down the flavor extract I added to it, so now it's a mystery. lol. But I know what it was when I added it. just forgot is all. I DIY juice, so yeah, I know my juice.

I understand being courteous to others but some people really take some of this stuff over board. My fiance has a problem with the pg so I don't chain cape around her. Oddly enough my mom can taste the nicotine in the air and it makes her lips burn. I just try to treat my vape like an analog and go in a corner by myself. If people ask what it is or how it works I explain it to them. Most of the time people congratulate me for quitting smoking and say it is pretty cool. People as a whole are dumb but every now and then you will get one or two who understand.

So....lets all quit vaping and get on Chantix since the FDA approved it. Ya know, so it must be safe!

Chantix made me Psychotic. NO lie. I was seriously out of my mind on that crap, and it did nothing to help me not wanna smoke.
Welbutron ?SPELLING did the same. The FDA is driven buy whoever pays the bills.

Wellbrutrin is a drug for various mood disorders so it is no wonder that it makes people without those problems feel psychotic and or suicidal or depressed. And it does not make me not want to smoke.

Chantix doesn't seem to be prescribed for anything else. It just really doesn't agree with people.
