:vapor::vapor:I'm thoroughly disgusted with Kick Bass. While their juices are good, the ordering is a nightmare. They close frequently, and are out of flavors much of the time. The last time they were open....I tried to order what I really wanted. Unavailable. So, ordered a couple to try. As soon as I placed that order, I got an e-mail from them stating what I really wanted to order was available. Immediately tried to contact them....e-mails went back and forth....I was getting e-mails stating , "The such and such that you ordered"....not even close to what I had ordered, much less getting them to add the juice I originally wanted to ADD to the order. a day and a half of this (it was happening to a friend of mine too, so we were comparing the WTH notes) I finally just let that order go through. At this point "what" I was going to get was going to be a surprise.....Went back to their site to try to start a new order to get what I wanted.....Now, IT is not available ! (This is the one I got the e-mail stating it WAS available) I DID get what I had originally ordered in a very timely manner. Just went back on their site this morning to see if they are open to order what I really wanted in the first place.....They are closed. Like I said, Like their juice....do not need the aggravation....

I think it's just a mom and pop shop making juice, literally two peoples. I understand the aggravation, but I also empathize on why they must close often. They have a pretty respectable fan-base, and I'm sure orders pour in to the point where they have no choice but to close and play catch-up.

do you visit their supplier section on this forum? bob is pretty open and honest with what is going on. they closed for vacation (reasonable) and when the returned and opened the store they got slammed. he had not had a chance to inventory their shipment of flavoring and thus could not get the stock levels on the website completely accurate.

i can understand your frustration, however, i do believe KBV is doing the best they can to get things flowing smoothly. and bob is always on ecf if you want to talk to him directly.

i would much rather a vendor be conservative in their inventory on their website and NOT oversell, versus selling me something they do not have.

So... you submitted an order and then they got one of your favorite flavors back in stock? That's not really anyone's fault... certainly not the vendor's fault...

Why didn't you just submit another order rather than spend almost 2 days trying to get your first order altered via e-mail?? No wonder your favorite juice was back out of stock... It's a huge PITA for a vendor to go through and manually alter your order, refund your credit card purchase, charge your credit card again based on your e-mail (rather than based on the form you submit when you place an order on a website... very unorthodox practice).

Sorry, not trying to bash you... just trying to maybe make you see the other side of things. My favorite vendor takes a lot of heat for frequently being out of a few really awesome juices. I think it's terrible how much stress they go through because people buy their juices up too quickly. They've literally received HATE mail!! They just cant keep up with the demand, which seems to be the case with KBV. Ok, Im done : )

Just pay the extra $2 shipping and submit another order next time...

Madvapes (top vapor USA e-liquid link on left side) has a good selection of inexpensive, simple flavors. Candy cane, tuitti fruiti, cotton candy, fruit, citrus, and candy flavors. The licorice is good, but not real sweet. Same goes for the blueberry. I haven't tried too many of their flavors, but most of the ones I've tried are good. I had high hopes for fireball, which smells like good cinnamon, but tastes aweful. They don't have samples per say, but, you can buy a 5ml bottle in a number of different strengths for very cheap ($2.29 each at 18mg/ml), shipping is fast and cheap too. They do have some packs, currently they are running a sweet tooth pack, 10ml each of five different sweet flavors for $14.99 in 18mg/ml. Of course you could select any five flavors you want in the same size and strength for $19.95 at the regular price ($3.99 each).

Their flavors aren't as strong as they could be, and they don't flavor boost. But they do sell flavor concentrates, but not in all of their flavors (I don't think), so you could boost them yourself. The flavor concentrates are inexpensive, and I'd still recommend their ejuice. It's inexpensive enough that you can try a few and not be out much even if you don't like them.

I will not buy juices anymore for any reason unless the vendor sells samples or their 5-6 ml bottles are on sale for sampler prices.

This. In the ever-evolving new world of e-juice, I totally agree with this philosophy, although I -will- buy up to 10ml on a sale price.

I have been taken by surprise by too many juices to get my foot caught anymore on large untried orders anymore.

And as time goes on, I just don't have the time to deal with some overgrown supply of juice bottles sitting around, I toss them now if I don't like them, so the smaller the better for first-time consumption try-outs. :)

I've been ordering my juices from DFWVAPOR.COM's store. I have had a few flavors that didn't do it for me but on the whole, I've enjoyed some of the more unique flavors. This weeks vape was Dr. Pepper. It took a few puffs before I could really taste the cola flavor, but when it finally kicked in, Wow! I tend to stay away from the 'sweet' juices, but this had only a hint of sweetness to it and was not over-powering at all. It produced a very nice throat hit and didn't linger too much on the tongue. It's a flavor you can do from the time you wake up in the morning until it's time for bed. I've had different flavors that produce more of a vapor cloud (Lisa'a Cotton Candy) and Dr. Pepper puts out just enough vapor with just a hint of it lingering in the air, afterwards.

Dr. Pepper is going to be one of my standbys in my vapor kit and dfwvapor.com will certainly be my vendor of choice from here on out.
