Rather Low price for SS, lack of technical information and no photos of unit broken down concern me. Also looks like the Death angle is painted on, not engraved.(looks like)

There are many versions of this unit out. some not so good and others that are excellent.

hcigar - $30ish and fasttech $26 are both decent replicas

I got one from Smoktek however it was a Tobecco which is not a 1:1 clone though nice I sold it and got 3 now from HCigar. Got the copper one off of ebay from luxorvapes with the stainless and brass from Vape Royalty. I might add the stainless one when put together the seems vanish. Got all with the magnetic upgrade switch kits.

Get a button top battery.

I've talked to quite a few Nemesis users. It appears that the mod is best with button top batteries.

Basically the button works great if everything is nice and snug fitting. Top pin snug against the topper, and the pin in the button as tight as it can get. The problem is in some configurations with a flat top battery, setting it up like that doesn't leave enough button throw to make it fire. The solution is to loosen the pin in the button so that it fits the battery, but then the pin wobbles which allows the whole button to wobble and contact the body of the mod when you try to press it.

Another way to fix it would be to go to someplace like Fatdaddy Vapes and get a new pin that is 1.5mm longer and also get a replacement for the black insulator ring in the button that is 1.5mm taller. That would give the button the same operating dimensions of the mod with a button top battery.

Really now? A button top would solve most of it? I use efest 18650 30a 3.7V batteries but most of the batteries I see like that are flat top.

I'll try this out though. I also read something about using magnetic rings to fix it?

Let me show you something.

This is the button on my Nemesis with an 18650 button top battery and Kick2 installed. The tank on top is a Kanger Aerotank. The top pin is snug against the topper, the Kick2 is firmly against the pin, the battery is firmly against the Kick2, and the pin in the button has been tightened as tight as I can get it without using a pair of pliers.

I put in my wife's Efest 18650 button top for a sense of scale in this picture....

See how much button throw would be lost if you removed the button top? It's not enough throw to push the contact pin above the insulating ring.

The only solution is to loosen the pin in the button to extend the throw, but that causes the button to wobble and contact the body of the mod rather than slide smoothly up and down. I'm using an unmodified button, it's still spring loaded, exactly as it came out of the box. I never have even the slightest bit of crunch and it never ever misfires.
