Best one I've tried is a e-liquid vendor that I haven't found online called "Two Peas in a Pod." Their "Black Honey tobacco" is sublime. I only have a 5ml sample I picked up from a shop in Silverdale, WA: https://www.facebook.com/SmokersChoiceSilverdale —.I drip it quite sparingly.

No idea how to get this stuff outside of Washington!
