Thanks for the pic Dancing. So on the 306, the coil is up above. Then I suppose you drip on the exposed coil, slip on a special 306 long drip tip, then vape. Do I have it right?
Well if so, what is the benefit to the vaper of having that exposed coil?
Thanks in advance for your help. You are awesome.

No, you need to drip through the opening in the drip tip, which means you have to be careful not to get juice on the part where your mouth touches. Unless, of course, you get some kind of adapter to use a regular 510 drip tip instead.

It's not only easier to clean. It's the cleanest purest flavor you can get from any atomizer!

The thing you see on the top isn't the coil, it's the mesh, and most people yank (well, not yank, finesse lol) it out. It's called debridging. The coil is underneath that, down in that hole. You have to be careful, though, so you will want to watch some vids to make sure you don't mess up your coil if you decide to debridge it.

Further to Trill's comment, if you really don't want to try debridging a brand new $5 Cisco ,there are some vendors who offer bridgless 306s, we can get them in the UK from a company that I can't seem to mention in this post without it getting blanked out, goodness knows why cos they're an awesome vendor (S.afercigs), or you might try Empire Mods which I believe are US made. Can't vouch for the latter, but I've had the Bauway ones from Safrecigs and they rocked.

I have to say though, for me it's not worth the trouble debridging them or buying them bridgeless, I can't tell the difference between mesh on or off with a decent LR 306, it's already an extremely flavourful and very warm (too warm for some) vape, these things pop and crackle like crazy and you can almost feel them rumble as they draw power. Good times.

I agree about the debridging. I don't see the point. I've tried it both ways. If anything, I like it better WITH the mesh.

Most people seem to prefer the LR 306. Those are very warm, too warm for me. I use the SR 306, still lots of flavor and as warm as I can handle - perfect!

So I don't have to take the mesh off? I have read that I need to blow out the stuff in the atty before dripping on it. Drip 5 drops vape drip 3 more enjoy.
Did I pass the atty test? I have been studying.

My strong advice is to just order some Cisco LR306s - I'm not being glib, I really think you should. All mysteries will be resolved as soon as you see one. And they're just......worth it. The best money dripping atomizer that money can buy imo. I have had them last months. some have lasted a week. All have been a damned good vape.

It's also worth considering what DancingHeretik above me said - the SR306s are I think more friendly, they spit in your eye less, or that's what I'm hearing.

Love to hear how you get on :)
