So I love my kayfun clones. I like the flavor, the hit, everything. I am a noob so be aware. Today I bought a clone tobh and set it up correctly at .55 ohms (dual coil setup using 28g). I like the idea of drippers but I dont like the hit or the flavor and it makes me cough and it dripped and its too airy even with all the holes closed (I even tried taping the holes closed). The only thing I dont like about the kayfuns is the inability to change flavors. Is there a compromise? Should I just put less juice into the kayfuns? Over the last couple days i've bought about 10 bottles but have only tried 3 (I even dumped one because it didnt have enough nicotine......dont kill me please)

I don't think you are hitting it correctly. you are probably doing mouth to lung. For me it to me awhile to get used to hitting a rba. so try doing a straight lung hit .But a lot depends on your builds too. are you making sure they are both lighting inside out and at the same time. there are a lot of variables in rbas

I did straight to lung but it made me cough more so I did mouth to lung which helped a little bit. I'm pretty sure my coil build is good. It looked like the ones I saw online, inside to out ad the same time, and the cotton was good too. I tried other peoples rba's as well. The first time I tried it I coughed but figured it was because i was a total noob. I tried it again a few days later, still coughed. Tried it on someone elses again earlier today and coughed. (2 were bm worker rbas and one was a friends). Maybe something I just gotta get used to. But I do like the draw on a kayfun. Its more similar to a cig than any of the rbas I tried

thanks for the advice! I will def try it both ways. First i'll try it with lower nic and then i'll try upping the ohms. will report back and let you know how it works. Oh one other question. How much should I drip (after the initial soaking) and how many puffs will I get about? For instance do people just put in a couple drops, take a couple hits, and then switch flavors? Is that ok/normal?

My magma is running dual coils at .8 ohms. I may up it to a single coil at 1.3-1.4 next time. I drip four drops on all the wick ends and one drop on each coil. I take around 8 draws. People and devices are different. I don't want juice dripping everywhere, and I don't want to burn the wick. You will get a feel for it. I use juices that will mix well. You can have fun with some of the mixes you get. When I don't mind re wicking. I use my stronger flavors like Grants vanilla custard.

Well I just did it with new cotton (but still the .55 ohm) and a 6mg juice and its significantly better. Will try again with a higher ohm and see the result. It's definitely not my favorite (i like the inhalation draw of the kayfun, its more similar to analogs) but I do like the fact that I can change flavors easily. Thanks Newportlocal, awesome looking dog btw!
