in Canada paypal doesn't allow nicotine sales ... I doubt you'll find one.

I actually have my nic base smuggled into Canada.

Most Canadian suppliers aren't going to advertise that blatantly that they accept Paypal. It's not something we spill the beans on in the open forums, either. You'll find much of the info you need in the Canada Forum. Canada Forum

Can't you order from outside of Canada and ship it in? I know Shipping costs are spendy when ship into Canada. did not know Canada was so strict about Nicotine!

Herd customs stop nicotine liquid coming into canada, so thats out of the question.

The only DIY shop (in Canada) I have seen members post is DIY Vape Shop. I never checked to see if they take paypal.
