Looking for a good rba

I know everyone has their different views on this, im just wanting to get a general consensus and learn what's the most used here. I'm looking for something under $50 so either a not so pricey authentic or a pretty good clone.
This will be my first rba, im definitely ready for any learning curve it may have. Im particularly interested in the KFL+ clones, who makes the best clones? Also, I want it to be something that'll look good on my MVP and also work well on it.

I have a Tobeco KFL clone and it is solid. Nice threads and nothing to complain about at all. I paid $40 for it so can't go wrong with that! And it looks fine on the MVP2 as well..

I have a taifun gt on my mvp which im really likeing at the mintue. if you order off fasttech you can have two rba for $50 but its a couple of weeks wait and they are decent clones. you could have a kayfun lite, taifun gt, kayfun v3.1 (v1 or v2) and theres probably more lol. just pick two and wait till next month when you will have two to play with. unless you want it quicker then someone else should know a good usa to help but im from the uk so cant hcigar probably....

So here's what will happen if this thread stays open and popular for a while. The you'll hear a lot of different recommendations, but the general consensus will be a Kayfun Lite Plus clone. And you'll hear a lot of different brand of clone, but most will end up recommending the EHPro version.

I know this because I've been there. And I ended up getting the EHPro KFL+ clone, and I like it so much that I'm getting two more on Thursday when I get paid so I can have multiple flavors on hand. My clearo tanks have sat pretty much untouched since it got here.

That's if you want a tank. If you want a dripper style, spend $10-15 on a Youde (UD) Igo-W and call it a day.

If you'd like to try both styles, you can probably get an EHPro KFL+ clone and an IGO-W for your $50 budget (or very close to it). I know 101vape.com has the EHPro KFL+ at $39.99 and the Igo-W at $10.99, so that's $50.98 plus shipping.

Kayfun style or Aqua for a tank setup gets my vote. Both are great. Hope you enjoy whatever you end up with.

I love my EhPro KFL+, and my Fasttech Aqua clone. The Aqua is closer to a dripper, IMO, but the flavor from the KFL can't be beat. I got my EhPro from 101vapes, but there are plenty on ebay for the same price, if not cheaper. Fasttech dropped the price on the Aqua that I have to $18, which I think is an incredible deal.

i would get a cheap igo-w for 10$ on ebay to practice coil building, its easy to learn on and its a good rba! and then die really suggest a kfl+, i have a tobecco i got for cheap on a group buy, and have 2 more from different sites coming in the mail. i got the 16$ one on fasttech coming, and it shipped next day!

I have an EHPro Kfun Lite plus clone that I like a lot. I like it better then the 3.1 clone I tried. I also picked up a Taifun GT clone (hcigar) and it is really great too. I actually prefer the taifun gt because you can fill it like a clearamizer, and play with wicks/coils without loosing juice in the tank. Flavor/vape production might be slightly better on the taifun also. The downside is the taifun can be finicky to get to wick properly.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with either of those, both around $40

I'd also recommend the RSST for the convenience vs a bottom feeder. A well setup RSST will hit like a dripper.

Looks like it's playing out exactly that way - a lot of varied recommendations, but the EHPro KFL+ is coming up in the most posts.

I'm right there with you. I ended up with the Igo-W4 instead of the W because I liked the draw a little better (but then I got it drilled at my local shop anyway), but they're pretty much the same thing, just a different look to the chamber. You won't regret either one. Enjoy them!
