Looking for a good VV/VW Box Mod, need your help!

As this is my first post on this forum, i'll introduce myself first.
My name is Roger and I live in the Netherlands.
I have been an smoker for about 5 years, and quite a heavy smoker for the last three (pack a day).
Two weeks ago I took the plunge: I ordered an Evod 2 starter kit and I'm in love.
But, I already want more
Since I already have an offer from a friend to buy one of the two Evod's I started looking for new equipment.
So far I think this is what I have found out that applies to me:

Reading everywhere (and mostly here on reddit: redditDOTcom/r/electronic_cigarette/comments/201v41/resistance_is_futile_ohms_are_not_king_wattage_is/) I have found out that even though I want to get into dripping, sub-ohming is not the way.
I want to use my device with a tank during the day and maby slam on a dripper when I get home. So, in order to do this, I need to find a VV/VW device that has some power. To me it seems that everything over 50w is overpowered, so i'll not go with that. Preferably the device will be ~50w.
Then, I like the box-mod desings the best, so ideally it's an box mod.

Then: my budget. My budget isn't that high, its anywhere between 50-100 euros (just for the box and one battery)

I have started looking around for authentic devices and the only one's that seemed any good (quality wise) are the MVP 2.0 and the iStick. But the problem with these is that they don't have enough power.

Then I started looking further. I got to fasttech.com and found this device:

Only, I can't really find any good reviews on it. However, on the 30w model (found here: fasttechDOTcom/products/3032/10007864/1974904) I could find some reviews, but none really got into the chip and how well (and consistent) it provides the power. My favorite reviewer is pbusardo for this exact reason.

So, should I just take the risk? Do you guys know anyting about it? Or do you have other suggestions for my future device? Let me know!

I wouldn't recommend the hana clones, they don't have near the safety specs of the evolve chips(I haven't read of any other devices randomly catching fire).

It's a US supplier, there maybe someone closer to you.

The IPV2 is a good box. From 7-50 watts. 50 is plenty for 99.9% of people. Ive had one since they first came out and 0 issues

I too am looking to get a box mod soon. I want one with dual 18650s that you can charge in the mod with at least 20w of power

Put a nautilus tank (or even one of the new Atlantis tanks) on it and it'll purr like a kitten. It would also be up for any dripper you put on it in the future.

Currently my budget doesn't allow for a nice vaporshark, since its between 50-100 euro's including a battery (if nessicary) and shipping to the Netherlands. I tried searching for locally available IPV2 or an IPV2s, the IPV2 is running me about 90 euro's if i import it from the UK and the IPV2s is running me 110 euro's, wich is all still a bit high in my opinion. Maby spending this kind of money is neccicary, but as of now I am not ready (yet) to spend this amount of money.

So my question comes down to: are there good options available in my budget and if so, wich one would you recommend?

If you could live with 20w ( like a SVD 2 or istick), maybe a fastech vamo?

I hear you on the VaporSharks price but I think its worth saving up for.

I know you said the iStick doesn't have enough power but you can use a dripper on it if you keep your coil builds above 1 ohm. At $35, you could buy two and stay within your budget. No need to buy a (separate) battery or charger.

I will probably end up replacing it with a more "fancier" model later on, but I don't want to replace it because it doesn't have enough power.

It depends on how far you want to go with dripping. I believe the iStick has a 4 amp limit (not sure). I drip on a 5v passthrough with a 2.1 amp power supply and I get great flavor and decent clouds. The seiglei is authentic and I have a dovpo or had one. I gave it to a friend. Don't know why I put the zna there. Its not a real one. FT does sale some good things. If you don't want to deal with them then check out this place. Mods/APVs - Elev8 Vape I got my IPV there and numerous other things. They ship international.

I'm sure it has been said but I'll say DNA 30 buddy has one and its great with that said there are many mech mods with the tanks for out and about use and then the dripped for at home I'm not sure if it will run u cheaper however it will give u a great throat hit I smoked about 2 packs a day went to a e cig lasted a week started back a year later I decided to give it another try and got a vv kanger then went to a vamo v3 with dripped then a mech mod I wish I would of started with the mech mod and they are cheaper than going threw all the hoops unless u like a Mod display as u may end up with a few before getting the best one

Im looking for about the same thing as you. I think im going to get the IPV mini but im still a little unsure if the 35w will be enough long term so i might get the ipv2. Dont want something so big that i cant take it with me out and about.
