Looking for a leather zip case to carry Ego and juice

Has anyone found a nice leather zip case (clamshell style) to carry around their implements? Ideally it would be a saddle tan color, zippered closure, have elastic hoops to hold 3-5ml bottles, the eGo and spare batty and atty, carts/cartos, and be of a . I know, i'm asking alot. Has anyone come across something like this?

I've seen the nylon zip cases for USB drives. Close but no cigar, for me anyway.

Someone at some point in the thousands of threads I've read mentioned using a diabetic supply kit that can be picked up at places like Walgreens, CVS, etc. The bands for the insulin would be about right for juice and the PV would fit in the syringe holder.
