Looking for a low (less than 0.6mg) ejuice - anyone help?

Your easiest option is to get two bottles of the same flavor, one in 0 nic and one in 6mg (0.6%) - then you can mix them together in various ratios to get lower nic. A 50/50 mix will get you 3mg (0.3%), 66% 0 nic and 33% 6mg will get you 2mg (0.2%), etc.
You can also get a 6mg bottle and dilute according to the same ratios with plain PG or VG, but this will cause the final flavor to be weaker - possibly *substantially* weaker depending on how much you plan to dilute.
Finally, there's always the DIY route, but it sounds like you're looking to be able to purchase off the shelf... if that's the case, the first option is probably your best bet.
I *think* I saw a US vendor selling some 3mg somewhere, but I can't remember who it was, and the shipping to the UK for one 3mg bottle would probably come out about the same as getting a 6ml bottle and a 0 nic bottle from a UK vendor and mixing it yourself.

Whoa, we looking at 0.6 mg/ ml which is actually 0.06 per cent or are we looking at 0.6 percent which equals 6 mg /ml ?
If the first I'd say try with nicotine free liquid. If the second, follow senchai's recommendation : get 6mg ( i.e. 0.6%) and dilute with nicotine-free liquid of the same flavour to your liking. Is probably cheaper than buying custom mixed too...

Aha. That's the one I was thinking of. As one intimately familiar with what it costs to ship something from Georgia to the UK though (ouch, my wallet!), I do think the OP will probably be better served by sourcing made-to-order UK vendors. Then again, if you've got deep enough pockets to take the shipping hit, HHV has some great stuff, OP.
It's probably percentage as I believe UK suppliers go by percentages. If it's mg, I would say .06 mg is basically zero nic.

Check some of the juices that VapeRev carries. I think its Poet and maybe one other who offer 3mg.
Of course, buying say, 12 and 0, or 6 and 0, allows you to mix down on your own.
