Reo! It is the best thing, ever. It's a bottom feeder and all you do is squonk a tube and the e-juice just comes up to the atomizer and you vape! It's sturdy as well. There is a 6 month warranty on it as well.

Here is the Reo forum: Reos Mods

And the Reo site where you purchase the mod: reosmods.com

It's so awesome. It is indestructible, for real. You'll be happy to have it.

For the atomizer, I highly recommend the RM2. And I would go for the LP version as it has more capabilities for expanded atomizers if you don't like the RM2, but everyone I know loves the RM2.

I've only heard good things about REOs, but if you aren't looking to spend the money on an entirely new mod, the Big Dripper - like edyle suggested - should satisfy your needs. It is an RDA with a tank portion above the atomizer firing deck. Every time you start to feel your cotton getting dry, just press down on a mechanism and it releases juice down onto your cotton.

The 3D atomizer is similar, but I've heard mixed reviews on its consistency and design.

for the price vmods are nice, however with a vmod you are stuck using carts or old school atties
whereas reo's you can use any 510 open ended (unsealed) tank/atty
however if you are just wanting a good dripping atty that's not overly complicated vision's eternity is a nice atty...it can hold 25 drops at a time, if you don't want to make coils you can buy premade coils...installing is easy, just put the lead wires into two teeny tiny pins, push pins onto pegs, trim lead wires and you're done....
if you don't want to drip but still want all the flavor of dripping it can be reassembled into tank mode (it's an ego-t type a tank) and the juice will drip from the tank onto the coil ;)
