So I just quit smoking butts a little over 2 weeks ago. Started with a 20 watt istick and nautilus mini, Hate the mini. Gets clogged up with black crap and tasted like crap the 4 th day i used It. So i just bought a 50 watt iStick with a Kanger mini subtank and am learning how to rebuild the occ coils and trying to build the nautilus ones too. So far so good. Need to save money. Anyway's. So i noticed the kanger subtank mini and the Aspire nautilus mini have different drip tips. Size wise. Could someone tell me the sizes of each of the drip tips. I can't seem to find anything but the number 510. I know that one is...but which one is 510 size, and which isn't. Also what is the size of the other one? Thank you and, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.. I can only post here so far.

Pretty good question. Both are supposedly 510 and yeah, they are both different sizes. If you buy drip tips, they will all have a small variation in size. Just poor QA./QC I guess. I run into this problem on a regular basis and have several tips I can't use. They will use different size O-rings too and sometimes you can swap them and get a tip to work.

If the tip is tight and won't fit in the device I wanna use it on I'll take a fine sandpaper to it.
If the tip is too loose? I dunno, try a little teflon tape maybe? Cheers.

you can also put a wrap or two of dental floss around the bottom of a loose drip tip.

to the OP, Most drip tips are 510 these days. There are a few things that are different though. Both the atlantis and the nautilus should be compatible with 510 drip tips.

1: coils tend to gunk up after a few days of heavy vaping especially on dark or complex juices.

2: if you have the subtank mini, you should be able to get a pack of rebuildable heads (rba heads) for it instead of trying to rebuild the replaceable "occ" coil heads; I don't have one so can't say from experience, but for some reason I don't yet understand, a lot of people seem to rebuild the occ heads instead of just using the rba heads which are actually supposed to be designed for easier and more proper building.

3: you don't need to recoil every few days, just take out the old wick, dryburn to clean the coil, then rewick. see youtube.

4: the drip tips are the same size; it's 'just' a drip tip so the manufacturing tolerance is just a bit high; just lube it with a dap of eliquid and press in; they get looser with use.

When you get the Subtank mini, it comes with a 1.2 ohm coil, a 0.5 ohm coil, and a RBA.

you can order a 5pack from fasttech

I am not sure if there is a relevant difference between the head that goes in the mini compared to the full subtank; if they are not compatible that would be a real big doodoo on Kanger's part. But I have read that the rba heads that came out with the mini were better designed than the first ones that came out with the subtank.

woohoo! Congrats!!
I am stunned that not others chiming in to say good job. I hope it works for ya, and soon enough you'll be posting
like...one year free from analogs!
keep up the Vape!
I like to second the notion of droping in on a B&M shop (Brick and mortar retailer in your area).
Agreed, you'll likely get pretty good service and helpful folks willing to let you plug n play with the gear they display.
If not at first...dont be shy, whip out your gear and ask em!..."is it OK if i try to see if this fits?"
Cheers.
btw sure you'll get great bangs for the buck online shopping; I still advocate building
relationships with local vendors- just lots of reasons- regardless of the size of the community
(Boston's a big place).
let us all know how you're doing.
No question is ignored here, you'll find the support you need in ecf.
