Looking for a specific type of drip tip

I purchased this drip tip when I first started vaping. I have no idea where I got it from. I cannot find them anywhere. It is a vase style, but rather than a slanted top, its rounded. Can anyone help me find a new one? THis one has been through a lot. Have replaced the O ring a few times.
