Just My Opinion, e-juice flavors are super subjective, and a lot depends on your smoking technic and taste buds. So other folks please don't flame me for this:

Mixing my own flavor's I've found that heaver VG liquids tend to leave "Mouth flavors" and juices higher in PG then to have flavor on the exhale (or smell in the nose).

Take a look a i-vape.net they seem to have a slightly thicker liquid than most other sites. Sweet Caroline is an extremely popular flavor and is many folks every day vape. I'd try a small bottle of that and see if that's what your looking for.

The human tongue can only taste sweet, salty, bitter, sour and umami (MSG). Even with food, everything else is aroma (though food has the extra clues of visual and texture)

If you buy a cherry juice, you will never taste cherry. but you should taste an appropriate amount of sweet and sour on the tongue and SMELL cherries.

If you buy a juice that is not sweet, salty, bitter or sour then it won't have much taste.

Cigarettes dump their smell all over you. Food waft their aroma on their plate and as you bring them to under your nose as you eat. With ecigs you have to remember to smell the vapor.
