Looking for a vaping diary app

I'm looking for an android app for tracking vaping-related stuff, particularly equipment purchases and juice purchases. The juice part should let you record the name, PG/VG mix, nic level, where purchased, cost, and allow you to rate each juice, with a place for comments. I downloaded an app (from Italy, I think) called E-Cig Diary that has the equipment purchases, but not the details I want for juices, or a way to rate them. It also has some DIY mixing tools and ohm's law calculator, but I really am looking for a way to document my search for my favorite flavors.

Anyone know of such an app?

Haven't seen what I wanted, but the threads about using spreadsheets gave me an idea. I downloaded a few database programs, and I think I've settled on Sailforms. I'll create forms to fill out with the data I want to capture. Should work great. Once I have something I like, I'll post a pic or two. Thanks for the suggestions!

I am using a spreadsheet I made in excel on number on ipad where I enter purchases, juices, etc. even made calculations for ml per day based on amount purchased and guessing on what's left.
