Hi again everyone! I haven't posted much lately, but I'm still buzzen ;)

So I have hit a few snags. I have started experiencing some severe leaking on my m1a1. I have 2 of them (one standard and another mega size), and they both seem to be doing the same thing.

I am using them pretty much exclusively with the fusions from ikenvape. (I love those cartos)

So my question is simple. I THINK my leaking issues are coming from the adapter. I have a 510 connector on my buzz, but I have used the same connector and adapter for almost a year now. I suspect that juice and use has worn down the adapter to where it is not keeping a complete seal. I suspect this because overnight when upright, the juice leaks through the entire buzz. (through the connector down to the batteries which would indicate a leak at the bottom part perhaps.) I am confident that the m1a1 is keeping a good seal, but I could also be mistaken on this one as well. (I don't screw the screw in all the way (gap between the screw end and the carto, and I can't seem to force any air through any of the parts of the m1a1.)

So my question is this:

Would I be better off to stop using the adapters and go with a normal connector since I am using the fusions exclusively? I am just looking for some advice to see what everyone else uses. If not, I can try another adapter I suppose, but I want to do what would last the longest.

Thanks in advance everyone.

Paddrino, your tank has to be leaking for the juice to get to your adapter and Buzz. First thing I would do is replace the inner o rings on your tanks...maybe even the outer ones on the tank caps. Make certain that your caps are on the tank tight with no gap seen between the tube and the caps. Do you use the fill hole to refill your tanks? Don't snug that port screw up against the carto! With the Fusions (I use them too) I don't even have the screw touching the carto.

Next thing...make a sealed adapter if you can't find one in the size you need! On the bottom of the adapter, cover it with masking take. Poke a hole in the tape where the center hole in the adapter is and put some JB Weld over the hole...kind of like if you were filling a little hole in your wall with spackle. Remove the tape and let the JB Weld set up overnight. Ta-Da...sealed adapter!.

Third, screw that center screw in your Buzz top cap down! leaving that screw loose is asking for trouble. There should be an o ring and a tiny washer under the screw that helps protect from juice getting inside your Buzz!

I would advise you send your Buzz in for a good cleaning since you say juice has gotten all the way down to the batteries! You can print, fill out and send in this RMA form with your Buzz, and ask for o-rings for your 2 tanks on the form. If you are having problems with connection and that's the reason for loosening the top cap screw, ask them to stack a 2nd washer or o ring under the screw. RMA form

Agree totally. Your orings must be worn out or the tank wouldn't be leaking. And if you continue to have juice in the Buzz Pro it could get ruined. Get a cheap DCT until you get new o rings and get the inside of your Buzz cleaned out well.

Another possibility for the M1A1 leaks is hairline cracks at the fill hole or a worn plastic screw. Both of my tanks now have cracks - one developed leaks, and one didn't.

As for the one leaking because of a worn screw, I changed out one of the plastic screws for a s.s. one and that solved the leaking for the time being.

Haven't really used both tanks for a while since my face is permanently attached to a VVpV.

I have had to replace the inner o rings on my 1 year old M1A1, but still no cracking on mine. I stopped using the fill hole when I got my Slap Yo Mama carto tool. Love this thing!
Stainless Steel Slap Yo' Mama Multi-Purpose Adapter [SYMSS] - $12.99 : Big Daddy Vapor

Sounds like a good idea Paddrino, that juice that's inside will start causing problems sooner or later. Ask on your RMA sheet for them to toss you a set of inner and outer o rings and see if that stops your leak when you get them.
