started with innokin endura t18.
three days later bought eleaf istick nano 40w vw/tc
looking to upgrade again due to battery life and inability to handle higher vg.

looking for
- something comparable to the eleaf
- usb chargeability
- preferably a bigger tank (2ml is so small)
- able to take 30pg/70vg juice without replacing coils multiple times a week
- decent battery life
- decent flavour
- top fill preferable, looked into eleaf pico 75 but it has 2ml tank,
suggestion for a replacement was ijust2 tank, but isn't top fill.

i think i might be asking for too much.
any help would be very appreciated <3

If you are going to buy an inbuilt battery mod, then the Coolfire IV (a version of) is the best bet.
Last incarnation was 3,300mAh.

Failing that, you are into double battery land, something like the iStick iPower 5,000mAh.

As for tank... well there are options. I'm not a 70% VG person, so my thoughts might well be biased towards my experience.

What power do you envisage running your kit at?
Aspire Cleito is gaining a following. Uwell Crown (1st version) has always been a good tank but is even higher power I suspect.

If I use TC (and mostly I think it's dreadful when done using factory coils by Kanger or Eleaf..) then Stainless Steel is the way forward.

wattage... depending on what I am vaping. I have one special toptank set aside that I vape at 15(70/30 vg/pg juice), it has some "dry herb" I made into juice in a dedicated tank lol. the rest goes between 20 to 35 watts and 70-80/30-20 vg/pg juice mix. both the tank in the mini kit and the protank4 are capable of sub/above ohm vaping.

edit: I'm allergic to nickel so I haven't even bothered with TC. the kbox mini mod while does have an external battery... really no harder to insert than a battery that is a AA, can be charged in the device with a usb cable that comes with it. it also means if the battery dies, the mod isn't a paper weight, something to consider. it only requires a single battery, though I have spares, since I live rurally and do a lot of driving.

coolfire looks nice. thanks for the tip !

i'm probably looking to run it about 30-35w, that's what i'm using at the moment,
higher and its too warm for my liking. only running in vw not tc, as i don't really understand the purpose,
other than not burning your coil which would only be a concern for long vape sessions?
i'd probably go for a clapton for flavour.

thanks for sharing your own experience. i understand vaping is entirely subjective,
but others experience is great for a jumping off point and understanding of product limitations.
also, you've been kind and patient with me on multiple posts, many thanks for helping me :)
hope one day i can gain enough knowledge to help you in return !

I can say the Uwell crown (with the 0.5ohm coil) is good starting at 30w. You don't want to go lower and 35w is marginally better. I think it's the dual coil version only now on sale.
You can get lower coils to go much higher. The 0.4ohm Cleito will match those wattages then stop around 45 (?) That one is Clapton i.i.r.c.

addressed my vw/tv concerns.
addressed my tank requirement concerns
addressed my top fill wants
and with the coolfire is double the battery.
you're a cool cat.

thoughts on kangertech kbox 70w?
4000mah inbuilt bettery, usb chargability is pretty damn good, no?
looks like it would pair nicely with a crown sub-ohm black tank too.

I use the vapor flask stout. You can find it less than. $50.

It takes 18650 and 26650. And it has a usb to charge it. So far I use 18650 watts and vape 50 watts and get more than a day of heavy Vaping.

I paired mine with the uwell crown. Best vape I've had in a long while. I have the t18 and t22 but dont use them any more.

I havnt thrown out a coil yet. When. I change flavors sometimes rinse out the old one and set it aside. And use it again when I change flavors. If the flavors are similar I don't even rinse the coil, I just vape threw it. Takes me maybe four hits and the old.flavor is gone.

I highly recommend them both for easy set up and use.
You can also get 1.2 ohm coils for the uwell.

I like being able to charge my fv stout with the usb. I like being able to change the battery. One of my coolfires died on me and all I did was plug it in to charge at my mom's, my dad's died too. So being able to replace a battery is a bonus. I like that even when it's charging g I can still use it. It's comfortable to hold. It fires up to 100 w should I ever need that much.

The crown is my dream come true. You can top or bottom fill. You can change the coil with a full tank of juice. It has adjustable air flow. It's easy to clean. Fast tech has colored glass replacements. I have had no issues other than. Remembering to close the airflow when throwing it in my purse.

whats your pg/vg ratio? 50/50 is a bit too throaty to chain vape for me.
i think i'm sold on the crown with 0.5 coils after recommendations and some reading / yt watching.
i'm probably going to get a replaceable battery device i guess, all the warnings are just so intimidating for a noob!
maybe i'd go with a pico?

I don't do Kanger mods. No reason for that really... Kanger got off to a bad start and I never ventured over that way.
Does it have a proper spring-loaded 510?
If you set it to TC, can you change the watts? (some Kangers don't allow this, which is silly)
How does the paint hold up?
Just a few things to answer.

I always wanted the Platinum one as it happens. Might bag one...

hubby is a mechanic, we've had the first set for almost 2 months... still fine, mine I paint because I am just not fond of the red... wish I had seen the plat one before I got it. not sure on changing watts with TC, since I don't use any TC coils. no, it doesn't have a spring as far as I can see, if it did I couldn't use it right now. I've had no issues with the batteries, they seat in firmly, with no play and yet are easy enough to remove.

after hours..
think i'm going to go with the pico 75w (grey)
with smoktech micro tfv4 tank (stainless steel)
and Micro CLP2 0.3ohm (30-60W) Fused Clapton Dual Core coils
