Do you think the difference between the cobra and aga t+ is worth the money?

I do not personally believe so. I enjoy the AGA-T.

That's a hard question to answer unless you have both, I do not. I have a ZAP, a Cobra and an AGA-S (the friction cap version). I can tell you there is a quality difference between the two that cost over a hundred dollars and the AGA. That's not to say to you can't get a good vape off of an AGA if you wrap a nice coil but there is a quality difference. In the case of the cobra; the materials, machining and versatility set it apart from the AGA. I am guessing it will hold up better too.

Now there is nothing wrong with an AGA, I just assumed since you were going to buy a hybrid (which is basically an expensive rba with an integrated battery tube) that you were more in the Zen-Atty, AC9, Cobra kind of market than the AGA kind of market.

The true answer of if the price difference is worth it depends on what you want and it is worth it to you personally. You can buy a chi-chi and an AGA-S for 70 dollars total or an EA plus a Cobra or ZAU for 320 dollars. It's all in what you want.

Why do you need a built in rba tank? they are inconvenient anyway.

The idea, besides them looking seamless and cool, is to remove an extra point of contact and decrease the voltage drop from the battery to the atomizer. I still prefer a tube mod with a 510 for versatility, but I get the appeal of the hybrid.

they are actually all out of stock. notifies you when you try to add to cart.

Apparently not, as I placed an order for a mini today and the order went through just fine. I guess some models are out of stock, but not all.

And I find tanked rba's anything but inconvenient. The opposite in fact. To me, they offer the best vaping experience. They deliver the pureness of dripping without the hassle of having to drip since there's a tank to feed the atty. And the attys are very easily and cheaply rebuildable. To each their own I guess.
