Please share your recommendation for a nice authentic Coffee Cake.
I've tried mount baker and it was surprisingly accurate and tasty but seemed to lose flavor after a week or so plus it was a terrible coil clogger. Next was The Plume Rooms version which is way heavy on cinnamon and icing and real weak on the cake. Let me know who you like for this flavor. I also prefer it to be 70/30 or 50/50. I can't do high VG. Thanks!
