god i hate paypal. I tried to add the card or what ever a bunch of times and they charged me $1.00 each time....10 times! .......s!

Anyway I found a great seller and managed to get one =) thanks for all the feed back.

Call them, they will most likely clear those charges if you explain it.

Paypal can be difficult to deal with ... I've had alsorts of problems getting the account setup to use on ebay.

I have a premium business account that accepts credit card payments without the need for a paypal account now, but it took alot of setting up to get it.

I'd suggest calling them if you have problems, they aren't to flash at answering email questions.

Yea they said i need to contact my bank because they don't see throes transaction due to some crap like my card wasn't tied to a billing address or something like that..i couldn't really understand him(can you ever understand customer service?) But I got a Pm from Phylo with a good deal.
I guess i cant link it since i dont have 15 posts, but its a white pen style RN4072
I ended up buying that.

the name and address details on the card have to match those on the paypal account exactly or they can't go any further ... been there done that

Paypal maybe a hassle for some buyers, but without it I could not sell online except by snail mail. I am just starting out and could not qualify for merchant credit card without excessive fees. Paypal lets us (new sellers get the product out there without buyers having to deal with checks and Money orders not to mention the time getting the payment and clearing the check) Hopefully this explains alittle why so many small suppliers depend on Paypal.

Ill probably get a banking account and an actual credit card when im done paying off the 800$ i owe my friend for my tv. then ill set up a paypal account.and i should save more money on ecigs since they're cheaper than the 2 packs i smoke a day anyway

ps.i really hope e-cigs really hit off and replace cigarettes. from what ive heard they're not as bad for you and still deliver the nicotine needed

I started esmoking with an RN4072 and it's been a great device to begin with. I use it now for dripping, it takes a lot of heavy use from me without too many replacement parts. You should get a good first esmoking experience with it Soulja.
