The single large cases are a universal design. They will hold either two 18650's or four 18350's or 16340's. They could also be used to hold two 18490's or 18500's as well, with some dead space at the end. Unless you want something really small, personally I just stick with this size as they can hold anything. They do make 2 battery cases for 18350's or 16340's - but that's all they hold - literally.

The harder cases to locate will be for the 26650's, or specifically for 18490/18500's if you want something that's an exact fit. Honestly? Check some empty pill bottles as they are a good size for 26650's.

DX.com (DealExtreme) has a lot of battery cases for low prices - if you don't mind the 4 week slow shipping time from China.

As mentioned, RTDVapor definitely has them. Good Prophets as well.

^good tip on the empty pill bottles.

ebay is where i got my 18650 batt cases. i got an 8 pack for like five bucks.
the 18650 batt cases are great (as mentioned above) for 2 x 18650, 4 x 18350, or 2 x 18490 + one 18350 going laterally across the top.

FastTech has a 26650 batt case. its for a single 26650.

Mt Baker Vapor has the eFest 2 x 18350 batt case for like 99 cents.

If you want a single cell carrier go to the camping section at your local Walmart. They have a orange container with a threaded cap and rubber seal to keep the moisture out. A 18650 or two 18350's fit inside. It is a match holder for campers, think it cost $1.00. Great deal, solid case that protects the cell very well.

Another great carrier to to Prometheus lights or Dark sucks.com. Jason sells some that are clear tubes with a rubber slip on top that are a nice fit. If you like you can cut the tubes down for shorter cells. I like these for identifying charged and need charging cells. Positive end up when charged and positive end down when it needs charging. Takes a lot of the guess and testing work out. They're about $3.00 or $4.00.

The best I've found are from Oveready. Delrin capsules, they are however quite expensive but extremely well made. There is even a option of having a compass or thermometer installed on the end of the capsule or inside of the top cap. Very light and pocket friendly and seriously doubt you'll find a nicer one than this. Available in 18650/18500/18350 price is around $18.00 to $28.00

Going gear.com sells aluminum anodized carriers that are extendable by addind links together also a nice option. They also have a seconds version for about half price.
