When I buy supplies online I usually go with kidneypuncher.com. Costs a little bit more but service is awesome and shipping is super quick, sometimes the next day if I order it early the day before. I always try to buy from my local shop. Only go online if it is something they can't get or if it is super cheap. I want to see my local B&M stay in business instead of having to get online everytime I need juice.

Ebay, he use to be $5.94 shipped for 100' of 28g. He's now at $6.85 shipped. I ordered all my wire from that seller and had nothing but good experiences. Even if the price increase I would buy from them again.
