If you're willing to look into mechanicals, the Kato Square Box clones might fit your bill. They're kind of like a mechanical version of an itaste vtr, but can accept larger tanks in the protection ring. They look to be very good for keeping in a pocket.

I'm happy with my 30w hana clone. I keep my ohms over 0.4 on all my builds, and keep it over 0.6 on that box. It's decently small and pocket friendly.
You have to be more careful with mechs, but my kayfun lite + clone one my 4nine clone is my device for out and about.
